RACE WEEKEND
WHEN IS THE RACE?
April 11, 2021.
Save the date. We picked this weekend to take advantage of cooling temperatures after a hot season of training. The race is well suited to be a personal test of your hard training through the summer months, or as a tune-up for a later fall goal race.
WHAT TIME IS THE RACE?
Half Marathon start time: 9:30am
5km and 10km start time: 9:45am
Runners are encouraged to arrive by 8:30 to ensure that a parking spot has been secured. More information about parking will be determined closer to the race date.
WHERE IS THE RACE?
The Royal City Half Marathon start and finish line will be at Pollinators Park, in Guelph Ontario.

Here’s how long it will take to get here from a few other cities, in ideal traffic:
From Waterloo: 35 min
From Toronto: 1 hr 10 min
From Hamilton: 48 min
From Mississauga: 50 min
HOW DO I PICK UP MY BIB?
Bib pickup locations are to be determined. We are working hard to make sure that this process will be convenient for those runners coming from out of town.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE RACE?
Finish line refreshments and food? Yup.
A cold beverage to celebrate your new PR? You bet.
Awards for nailing that placement in your age group? Of course!
